Sometimes I miss painting in a traditional way, but my studio is not the best place to work with oils and a big canvas... So I like to keep the traditional techinques when using Photoshop. This is a fun exercise to keep up color skills: Just one layer, natural brushes and dynamic opacity to blend tones. I hope you all enjoy it. Have a great 2011! Thanks Mai for the inspiration ;)

Here is a speed paint with photoshop custom brushes. It was very funny to start painting without a previous idea, interpreting shapes from abstract forms and light stains on a dark background. I´ll post new "speedies" soon.
